Three weeks ago, you couldn’t start a company with any AI tool in the world.
Today, you can do it inside a place that has been opened by 900 million people.
doola MCP is now live within ChatGPT.
If you’ve been using it to validate ideas, write pitches, or plan what to build next, now you can use it to actually start a company too. So, ChatGPT can now form your US LLC. Same conversation, same context, no new tools.
In case you missed the initial launch: doola MCP lets compatible AI assistants guide you from “I want to start a company” to a fully submitted LLC filing, without leaving the chat.
We are launching on Claude and Replit on April 29, 2026. ChatGPT joins today.
Why ChatGPT Specifically
Imagine the moment it clicks. You are in the ChatGPT window. You’ve just finished crafting your pitch. The name feels right, the model makes sense, and for the first time you’re actually ready to make it happen.
In the past, that’s where the momentum died: new tabs, unfamiliar dashboards, forms that had nothing to do with the conversation you were just having.
The wall is gone now.
ChatGPT is not just an AI environment. This is where most founders first type their ideas. About 900 million people use it every week, and for most of them, it’s the first place they go when something catches their eye:
“What business should I start?” “How do I determine this price?” “Write me a pitch for SaaS that does X.”
Until now, all that planning energy has no end when it comes time to archive it. ChatGPT can create your business plan, brand your company, and write letters to founders. It cannot form a company.
The same conversations that helped you decide what to build can now register the LLC that builds it.
What the Experience Looks Like in Practice
The setup flow within ChatGPT is designed to feel continuous from start to finish.
The workflow reflects the way entrepreneurs work within ChatGPT: ask questions, provide context naturally, make decisions in real-time, and continue the workflow without interruption.

Why This Matters
Entrepreneurs are already doing the real work of building AI tools: writing, planning, researching, deciding, all within a chat window.
The operational layer, the part where you register the thing you’re building, hasn’t caught up yet. Until now.
“doola isn’t building a better formation dashboard. It’s building missing formations into the tools founders already use.”
– Arjun Mahadevan, CEO & Founder.
Conversational interfaces are no longer just for brainstorming ideas. They become the place where actual business tasks are completed.
Formations Are Now a Feature

Company formation has just become mainstream-ai-native. doola MCP is now available on Claude, Replit, and ChatGPT.
Three weeks ago, you couldn’t form a company in it. Today you can do it in all four, in the same conversation where the idea started.
This is just the beginning. Every part of running a US business, EIN, banking, bookkeeping, tax filing, is moving to the AI layer. Not as a feature checklist.
As the new normal in the way companies start up. doola is building those future integrations one step at a time, and the founders moving now are the ones who will look back and remember when it all changed.
If you’re already using ChatGPT, you’re almost there. Try doola MCP in ChatGPT →

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
