TL;DR: doola MCP is now live inside Lovable. Form an official US LLC without leaving your creation session. Same chat window. No new tabs. There is no separate dashboard.
If you can make an entire product happen, forming a company behind it won’t feel like going back to 2012!
Two weeks ago, you could form a US LLC without leaving Claude or Replit.
Last week, you could do that inside ChatGPT.
Today, we’re bringing those same capabilities into Lovable, a place where non-coders have turned commands into real products.
In fact, if you’re one of the majority of Lovable users who’s never written a line of code, this integration is made for you.
Now, with doola MCP now available on Lovable, you can form a US LLC without leaving your creation session. Same chat window, no additional dashboard.
You just spend a weekend building a product, and by Monday morning, it already has a company name!
Why It’s Specially Loved
Lovable is not just an AI tool. This is where people build real software without waiting for developers.
In fact, most of the people who use it have never written a single line of code in their lives. They are solopreneurs, marketers, designers, and domain experts who deliver real products by describing what they want and watching AI build it.
That’s why Lovable managed to reach nearly 8 million users and hit $100 million in ARR in just eight months. People use these tools to ship real products, test real ideas, and get real users.
Until now, the founders could only building the entire product inside Lovable. But when they need to join, they have to drop everything and leave.
Suddenly, they have twenty tabs open, figuring out the EIN and Tax ID and filling in the formation details themselves without any help.
That’s the exact loophole that doola MCP fixes. Now, the same Lovable sessions where the product is formed is where the company behind it can be formed.
What the experience was like
If you’ve ever tried to form an LLC the traditional way, you know the drill: go to some legal service’s website, stare at a form asking things you’ve never heard of, open four browser tabs, and somewhere around “registered agent address” you close your laptop.
It’s not like that.
✔️ Before Payment
Lovable asks where you live, what company name you want to provide, which state to file in, and which plan suits your situation.
You answer in simple language, at your own pace. If you’re not sure which state to choose, just ask; Lovable will guide you through it.
When you’re ready, Stripe will open right in the session.
✔️ After Payment
After payment, the conversation continues. Lovable walks you through the business description, mailing address, LLC members, ownership division, and IRS responsible parties.
doola then files the LLC, handles registered agent services and backend processing, and directs you to the doola dashboard for EIN and banking.
Why This Matters
If you’re learning to build products through Lovable, you’re probably not coming from a law firm, a startup accelerator, or a team with lawyers on speed dial. You discover things in a fun way: by asking questions, trying things, and improving as you go.
Product development is already progressing like that. Forming a company should feel natural.
doola MCP delivers the same conversational efficiency in a business setting that Lovable delivers in product development. LLC formation, state filing, EIN support, and registered agent setup are now in the same session where your product is created.
Or as Arjun Mahadevan, Founder & CEO, doola says:
“With Lovable, we’re seeing something we’ve never seen in other integrations; a founder building a product and forming a company at the same time. The app isn’t finished, and neither are the entities. They emerge together. It’s a completely new way to start a business.”
You can ship your product and set up the legal entity behind it in the same afternoon.

The Gap Between Building and Establishing Has Just Closed

doola MCP brings the same efficiency to your business operations. LLC formation, state filing, EIN acquisition; all handled in the same session as you create the product. You can now ship your product and set up the legal entity behind it in the same afternoon.
doola MCP is already active on Claude, Replit, and ChatGPT. Formation is just the beginning. EIN, banking, bookkeeping, and tax filing will follow.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
