TL;DR: doola MCP is now live on Vercel. Form a US LLC in the same session where you build, implement, and launch it.
You press the code into Vercel, a green check mark appears, the domain is active.
But because you haven’t set up an actual company yet, your business income is now mixed directly with your personal spending money.
This is not a great way to run a launch.
While Vercel makes scaling your code seamless, it can’t complete your legal infrastructure. Launching without an entity means each user’s contract is your personal responsibility, and you assume 100% of the risk.
doola MCP is already active on Claude, Replit, ChatGPT, Lovable, and Perplexity. doola MCP is now live within Vercel.
“Vercel is where products launch. This is when things come to life. With an MCP platform inside Vercel, a founder can drive adoption and start the company in the same afternoon. The product launches and the entity is formed simultaneously. This has never been possible before.”
— Arjun Mahadevan, Founder & CEO, $
Just as Vercel deploys your code from push to production, doola deploys your business and turns your weekend side project into a legally protected enterprise.
Going Global: Building a Borderless Business from Anywhere
Many Vercel makers are not based in the US. They are in Bangalore, Lagos, SĂŁo Paulo, Berlin; shipped to US customers and encountered the same roadblocks when it came time to onboard.
The question is always the same:
Do I need a US address? Can I open a US bank account without an SSN? Which state is better for non-residents?
doola has answered all this for 15,000+ founders in 175+ countries. No US address required. No SSN required. No visits to the US at any time.
Why Vercel?
Vercel is where products go live. Not where it is built, but where it is delivered.
Developers created 7.5 million projects on Vercel in 2025 alone. For many of them, that moment of implementation is also the moment when the business becomes real: users come in, payments come in, contracts are implemented.
That’s when the legal infrastructure needs to be in place. And to this day, that’s when the workflow stalls, because merging means leaving Vercel, opening a new tab, and navigating a completely separate process.
doola MCP makes merging part of the delivery.
Form your US LLC directly from your Vercel project, through a simple conversation, without leaving your development workflow.
What the experience was like
If you’ve ever tried to form an LLC the traditional way, you know the drill: open four browser tabs, and around “registered agent address,” you close the laptop.
It’s not like that.
Before Payment
v0 by Vercel asks where you live, what you want to name your company, which states to file in, and which plans are suitable.
Answer in simple language. If you’re not sure which state, ask and v0 walks you through it.
Stripe checkout opens in the session.
After Payment
The conversation continues. v0 walks you through the business description, mailing address, LLC members, and IRS liable parties.
doola files the LLC, handles the registered agent and backend processing, and directs you to the doola dashboard for EIN, banking, and post-formation steps.
Same session. No copy-pasting. There is no need to re-enter information you have already provided.

doola MCP X Vercel: The Final Piece of the Founder’s Stack

Modern technology stacks allow founders to build, deploy, and acquire users faster than ever, but forming a company still forces them to abandon workflows and handle everything separately.
No longer. doola MCP is available across platforms where modern founders have built and launched.
Once your entity is formed, doola will automate the back-office for your US business, including EIN support, compliance, and access to US business banking for eligible international founders without an SSN.
If you implement Vercel, you are just one conversation away from owning the company behind the product. → Form your LLC within Vercel

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
