Your first 100 videos will be bad. Mrbeast said that.

Hey, Arjun here.

If you know what I know, you can go 0 to 10 million customers on YouTube in 6 months. That’s not Hype. That is a direct quote from the YouTube god, Mr. Beast …

After gnawing at the content and learning everything I know about him, I will summarize the top 17 tips from Mr. Beast so you can grow on YouTube faster than you think.

Here he is!

Tips #1: 100 your first video will be bad.

That’s actually the tip. Believe me!

The point here is that you do not have the right to say that is not functioning until you have done something a hundred times. Because once you do it one hundred times, you really get better, and you have a level of increase in this video.

That’s what Mr B said is the most important metric when starting, where every video you release, you are slowly but surely iteration. And after 100, you have this collection of videos where you can show what functions and cuts fat from what is not functioning.

Your first 100 videos will be bad. Mrbeast said that.

Tips #2 customers are not important. Display doesn’t matter. Good video important.

I like this tip because in the end, it must be good quality products, or in this case, quality videos. That is everything from your delivery to the camera to the most important, the content you say.

Tips #3: Most people don’t have YouTube problems. They have ego problems. The truth is that your content is annoying, or the possibility is not as good as you think.

When I saw that, I was like, “Damn, I need to look at the mirror. My intro is bad. I don’t reach the point. I don’t have a framework for the way I share the video.”

It hit my face like a cold water. But in reality, you cannot have ego problems. Once again, not because the view does not come or the customer does not come. Look at the mirror and ask: Is your video really good?

Tips #4: One -only an important metric when starting is an increase per video.

As Mr. Beast said: Talk to me after you made 100 videos.

Talk to me in your 101th video.

Don’t even talk to me before you do 100, because you don’t have the chance to really improve and really repeat video after video.

And again, I like it because it applies to anything. 100 episodes of podcasts, 100 YouTube videos, 100 posts on LinkedIn or on x, whatever it is.

Tips #5: 5 seconds first you must have a hook. That’s when most people rose.

You need to lure them and attract their attention or stop their scrolls in the first 5 seconds.

Tips #6: match and exceed the expectations set by the title and thumbnail.

Again, you cannot fish and replace people. You can place an extreme or sensational or clickbait clickbait’s title or clickbait, but if you don’t match it in the first 5 seconds, people will rise.

Tips #7: Every boring moment is the same as death. If you have a boring part of a clip with 10 seconds B-Roll, people will rise.

So kill and cut every boring moment from your video.

Tips #8: Use a visual style like B-Roll, Putk Petak, Pacing. It’s important in terms of your content flow.

The way Mr B summarizes it is: Visual interest is important. So once again, use B-Roll, use a transition, and use a jump for your benefits.

Tips #9: Change the word “algorithm” with “audience.”

Algorithm with audience. That’s very gold. Because whenever you find yourself saying, “Oh, the algorithm doesn’t like me”. No. Your audience doesn’t like you. Content does not resonate with your audience. Replace the “algorithm” with “audience.”

Tips #10: Your title is short. Less than 50 characters, and filled emotionally.

The purpose of your title is to immediately attract attention.

Aims to trigger emotions, whether it is joy, curiosity, urgency, or inspiration.

This is the filter I want to use:

Will this title inspire, educate, or entertain someone?

If that doesn’t make someone feel something instant, it won’t get a click.

Tips #11: Keep your thumbnail simple.

Make them easily seen on mobile phones. Most people will watch there. Thumbnail You must immediately convey the core emotions of your video: Surprise, admiration, curiosity, or even urgency. If it looks messy or confusing, people will scroll through. Make them feel something briefly.

Tips #12: Clickbait is really functioning, but only if you fulfill the promise.

The point is not to avoid a brave title. This is to ensure your video content is completely according to the hype. The more extreme or interesting the title, the more important your hooks and intro soon. Sensationalism gets clicks, but follow -up gets retention.

So remember, you must have a consistency between your titles and hooks and intro.

Tips #13: It’s better to make one very good video than 10 average videos.

In other words, this is a symbol of the proverb: more quality than quantity. Do not fall into the trap to hit up uploads just to stay according to schedule. A single video that stands out can bring more growth, more customers, and more impacts than the ten forgotten. If the video is not good, your audience will be able to tell.

More and less. one very good video versus 10 Eh or Meh or video average.

Tips #14: Avoid scheduling traps.

Yes, important consistency. But not by sacrificing quality.

Don’t post just to reach the quota.

Viewers can find out when you only send it on versus when you are really excited about content. Just press publish when you have made something that adds value, triggers curiosity, or provides clarity. Don’t post weekly just to post.

Post because you need to post. Because you want to post. Because you have something valuable to share with others.

Tips #15: Creativity is greater than capital.

You don’t need a giant budget. You only need a sharp idea.

Some of the best performing videos online are taken on the phone with killer hooks.

Gear helps, of course, but that does not make up for a lack of creativity.

Focus on high ROI or investment return ideas. Not luxurious equipment.

But you must have a quality video camera settings.

Tips #16: Learning without stopping. Every video is a classroom.

Don’t just post and ghosts. Watch your video back. Ask yourself: Does the hook land? Is Pacar -Mandir? Did I fulfill the promise in the title?

Destroy your own work like an athlete’s review game recording. That’s how you increase from time to time. Remember, the most important metric when starting is the level of video increase.

Think about your video as a game recording or recording, in the same way NFL player watching their previous games, you need to watch your previous video to be improved.

Tips #17: Obsession. Obsessed with your purpose and video.

You want to know why Mr. Beast wins?

That’s because he is obsessed with.

He thinks about YouTube every day, more than anyone.

He continues to analyze, increase, experiment. And he thought in a few decades, not days.

This is your sign to start.

I hope you absorb 17 tips from Mr. Beast as I did.

I apply it myself, video after video, level up with intention.

Press reply with your favorite tip.
